Brief History
Since 1999 a group of rural municipalities and conservation groups in southeastern
Saskatchewan have been developing watershed plans.  The three local sub
watershed committees; Four Creeks, Pipestone and, Antler Watershed Advisory
Committees have formed a basin-wide organization the Lower Souris Watershed
Committee Inc.  Together we have developed a source water protection plan for the
entire watershed.  We are currently in the process of implementation of this plan.
